District Fees - Setup and Instructions
Billing and payments will be handled through a third-party billing service, AmCoBi.
Your initial payment will be made as part of your closing settlement.AmCoBi will mail a bill once the first payment is due. You will receive your account number with your first billing statement, which will allow you to set up automatic payments, if you choose.

District Fee Summary
The District imposes the following fees:
Operations Fee - Billed Quarterly
- $141 per quarter (Single-Family Detached)
- $165 per quarter (Townhomes / Attached Units)
Specific Maintenance Services Fee (Applies to designated properties only)
- $170/month - Covers front yard landscaping and snow removal services
Transfer Fees (Due at Time of Sale)
- $200 Transfer Fee
- $600 Working Capital / Reserve Fee
